Classes
Most classes at Yogasmith are Ashtanga-based or Vinyasa Flow and focus on linking movement and breath throughout the practice. Classes vary by teacher as they each bring their own background and experience to the mat with a blend of styles such as Anusara, Yin, and Power. We encourage you to be open and to try any class that matches your ability level.

First Class
New members or drop-in students should arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes prior to any class. Any of the Level 1, All Levels or Gentle classes are suitable for beginners. If you have not completed your information online prior to class, please plan to complete your account at the studio.
What to Expect
Wear comfortable clothes and bring some water. Yogasmith studios provide mats to borrow if you do not have your own. Please introduce yourself to the teacher, check in on the ipad, find a space for your mat and enjoy.
