23 Jul A Midsummer Refresh: Thursday, July 26th at 7pm
Join Sharon as she leads you through Ayurvedic principles and practices to cool the body and mind. During this special Ayurvedic based class we will learn more about the fire within ourselves and how to recognize when it gets out of balance. We will learn about cooling foods, Ayurvedic self care techniques and creating a daily routine that will support us throughout the summer months. Lastly, we will move through a cooling series of postures and breath work and end the class with a refreshing restorative sequence and extended savasana. Register in advance here.
