Amanda started her yoga journey five years ago, she felt awake and alive and realized her awareness to breath could truly work to achieve the mind body connection she was searching for. Yoga allowed Amanda to dive deeper into her soul and awaken to her true heart’s desire. She went into Teacher Training with the intention of strengthening her own practice, but quickly realized her desire to share this gift with her community. She believes in the importance of maintaining a dedicated home practice and continuing to learn through trainings and immersions. Her mission is to help as many people as possible find a connection with their body and mind through breath, asanas, and meditation. Amanda completed the 200 hour training through 3Bridges in 2017 and has a second 200 hour Anusara training through the Bindu Yoga School that she completed in 2018. She also has a 20 hour certification in Yoga Nidra through My Meditative Yoga. She welcomes any and all students into her classes. She is passionate about helping people use yoga to cultivate deeper love and appreciation of themselves as well as others.
